At Fay’s our goal is to help your organization achieve a successful fundraiser event. We specialize in public fundraisers for non profit organizations such as church groups,
scouts, and school organizations. When planning for a fundraiser event, having guests
and bringing awareness to your organization. Last thing you need to worry about is
food.

 

We have our classic menu which is a 2 piece Pork chop and/or Chicken with
Baked beans, Coleslaw, applesauce with a dinner roll meal. We set up a pop up Drive
thru dinners on the day of your event at your location or can use our popup drive thru on Fridays at the corner of Rt 23 and US HWY 30 in Waterman, IL.
 

The biggest priority is to have pre sold meals and volunteers. On our website we offer online pre-sold meals so your organization can presell to guests and members via online. We supply facebook marketing, 2 weeks of printed signs in front of your location. The question is how much can the organization raise in one dinner fundraising event. Having the presale meals will determine how much you raise plus how many guests come the day off. The average percentage is about 10% of sales. Call for more details.
